Return & Refund Policy

At NK Essentials, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because of this, we maintain a limited return policy designed to ensure quality while preventing unnecessary waste.


1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
After production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

2. Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Preference changes

  • Minor color variations caused by screen displays

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

All items are produced specifically for each order.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is verified as a production error, we will provide:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (at our discretion)

You will not be required to return the defective item unless requested.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery, NK Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Shipping Issues

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and provide documentation to the payment processor as proof of delivery and production.
